Since our products are perishable, all our sales are final once posted. We process your order to reach its destination fresh and in a timely manner. We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that it might be damaged or spoiled during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if an incorrect address is given, when extreme weather conditions create a shipping delay, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify due to unforeseen shipping and/or other external issues.
Since our product is perishable we require your action immediately. Please take a picture of the damaged Poggios and send us an email. We may also require them returned to sender. Replacements can then be sent to you. In the event a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be credited to the originating credit card.
